Who are we?
-We're Ambient Dynamics, of course. We're a home-grown designer and retailer of reasonably-priced audiophile equipment.
-This is where our operations are based out of! Slightly south of Minneapolis, we're excited to prove ourselves in an incredibly competitive market, and happy to share our sound with everyone.
Where do we ship?
-Well, pretty much everywhere that's not internationally embargoed by the UN. Just like any other purchase, we unfortunately won't be paying any import or sales tax on your behalf. For domestic customers, sales tax will be calculated at checkout. For international customers, import tax will be levied at Customs.
Why would I pre-order, instead of following a traditional retail model?
-This one's a bit more complex. By submitting a pre-order, it allows us to more effectively gauge our demand, giving us the ability to batch our manufacturing. This boils down to saving you money by saving us money. It's a win-win!
What is your estimated shipping time?
-Taking a note from our manufacturing process, we also batch our shipping. We ship via USPS, offering shipping estimates of 1-3 business days following the ship-by date.
What if my shipping date is delayed?
-Sometimes, things happen that are simply out of our control. Maybe one of our systems fails, or maybe the globe is wracked by a pandemic. Either way, we'll be as transparent as we possibly can. We ask that, if something happens, you give us a chance to make it right. To mitigate this, we try to build a buffer into our shipping dates to be as accurate with our shipping dates as possible.
How do I start the return process?
-By following our return policy. In order to begin the return process, we request that you reach out to our talented customer service team.
What's your return policy?
-We offer a manufacturing defect return policy of 180 days following date of receipt. If you're not returning them due to a defect, we have a 14-day "I don't like these" return policy. Any returns outside of these timeframes may incur maintenance and component fees.
When do we not accept returns?
-Our goal is to make sure you're happy with your product. That being said, we're happy to work out just about any return you may have. The few things we don't cover include defaced/self-repaired earphones, forcibly destroyed products, and the like.
